We are a family run business that originally started out in 2004 as Sodablast Northland Ltd a mobile sandblasting and painting services with a transport arm. In 2019 we expanded our transport side and added a Hiab truck to our fleet.
Family run Hiab business
We are a husband and wife team, Donna and Ewan, with extensive experience in Hiab and haulage. Ewan is a fully licenced transport driver with 30 years’ experience in the industry and has never encountered anything he hasn’t been able to cart, lift or shift. Donna is a fully licenced Load Pilot Class 2 and we have our own wide load pilot vehicle so we are all set up to move your wide loads around. We have moved spa pools, removed old cars, hauled everything you can think of with our Hiab and have expanded into shipping containers and portacom sales. Our business has fully certified equipment and we are also SiteWise Accredited.
North Island, New Zealand
We take our Hiab all over the North Island, from Kaitaia in the Far North to Auckland, Taupo, Rotorua, Tauranga, Taranaki, Napier, Hastings all the way to Wellington, We have also been known to cross the water and transport to the South Island when required.

Along with our Hiab and haulage work we do scrap metal, car removal, catalytic converter disposal, Car and Truck battery disposal and sell 20ft shipping containers, portacoms and portable cabins. Of course we can help haul your shipping container or portacom too!
