What are portacoms?
Portacoms and portable cabins are modular, relocatable, portable, and transportable buildings. Portacoms can be used for office space, lunch rooms, site offices, classrooms, and amenities.
Portable cabins can be used for an extra bedroom, office space or tiny home.
What makes our portacoms unique?

Do you hire portacoms?
Yes, we do hire portacoms! If you are keen to hire a portacom, here are some standard things you will need to know:
- The size of the portacom you would like to hire.
- Where is it going to go, ie location?
- What kind of ground it will be sitting on ie, in a car park, in a paddock?
- What kind of amenities you are going to need to have?
If you love them so much you don’t want to let them go, we also sell portacoms and portable cabins.
FAQ’s about portacoms and portable buildings
- You will need to secure your portacom or portable cabin to the ground. You are welcome to chat to us about how best to do this, but the responsibility does sit with you to make sure it is secure.
- We have different sizes available.
- If you need a specific size, please contact us.
- We deliver cabins, portacoms, or portable buildings anywhere in the North Island of NZ, from Kaitaia to Kerikeri, Whangarei, Auckland, Bay of Plenty, Rotorua, Taupo, Wellington, Taranaki, Napier, and Hastings.
- Delivery Times. We usually have portacoms and cabins in stock, as well and can order specific sizes for you. It’s best to please contact us.
- Length of Hire. You can lease a portacom or portable cabin for as long as you want.
- Amenities. If you would like a portacom with kitchen sinks or other amenities in it, just let us know and we can work on getting you what you need.
- Portable Loos/Toilets. No, unfortunately, we don’t hire this facility out.
